Tillery Action For You Ltd (TAFY) is a not-for-profit social enterprise based at the Innovation Centre in Ebbw Vale. It was established to provide volunteering, work trials, transitional employment, and apprenticeship opportunities for people in and around Blaenau Gwent. We deliver training courses and work taster sessions while undertaking a wide range of community projects across South Wales, from simple grass cutting and path clearing to large-scale landscaping, construction, and internal decorating projects. All projects are carried out by our participants, including volunteers and paid transitional employees, giving them valuable training, recognised qualifications, confidence, and motivation. We have an excellent track record of supporting individuals into mainstream employment following their engagement with TAFY. Our funders and partners play a vital role in supporting these initiatives and enabling the continued success of our projects.
