WHAT WE DO

Tillery Action For You Ltd (TAFY) was established as a not for profit social enterprise specifically with the remit to deliver volunteering, work trials, transitional employment and apprenticeships for people in and around Blaenau Gwent.

Our organisation undertakes a wide variety of community projects from simple grass cutting right through to large scale landscaping works and internal decorating projects – these projects are always undertaken by our participants be they volunteers or our paid transitional employees. The projects offer excellent training opportunities for people whilst they gain qualifications, confidence and motivation whilst carrying out the work. We have an excellent record for people undertaking these activities before moving into mainstream employment post their engagement with TAFY.
